The swing hydrogenation reaction system is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry for the synthesis reactions of gases, liquids, and solids under conditions of 60PSI, 80 ℃, or normal temperature and pressure. This includes catalytic hydrogenation reactions, unsaturated hydrocarbon reduction reactions, condensation reactions, evaluation of hydrogenation catalysts, and synthesis reactions that require vigorous mixing.
The traditional hydrogenation or gas addition reaction operation uses a common high-pressure reactor, where gas is introduced into the reactor through a gas pipe, and then the gas is distributed and contacted in the liquid material through high-speed stirring by a stirring blade. This requires a huge gas pressure, strong stirring and mixing, and a long contact reaction time, which increases the uncertainty and danger of the reaction experiment. Moreover, due to the fact that high-pressure reactors are generally made of stainless steel, they are not suitable for reactions involving acid or halogen components, which limits hydrogenation or other gas-liquid reactions.
